Weekend Project: Hit the Thrift Stores!

So here’s a fun assignment: Do a little shopping. The first weekend after the holidays is prime time for crawling the thrift stores. If you’re looking to save some cash and avoid buying a newly manufactured product, you’ll find a bonanza of cast-off Christmas gifts and end-of-the-year donations for the taking. Spend a few minutes with a notepad and plan out a few things you know you’ll be buying early this year — then go find some bargains. Happy hunting!
