So What Are You Doing This Weekend?

If you can’t answer that question by Friday, you’re probably setting yourself up to spend and drive more than you need to. There’s no reason to overbook your weekend, so keep it simple. By Thursday night, pencil-in three things: something fun; something relaxing; and one sit-down, home cooked meal. Last minute changes are fair game, but you’ll be less tempted to binge if you’ve got a plan — and more likely to start off Monday with a smile on your face.
