Weekend Project: Sort, Donate Old Winter Clothing
Posted on 14. Nov, 2008 by Chris Baskind in The Daily Footstep
With winter weather arriving early this year, it’s time to sort through cold-weather clothing to see what needs to be repaired, cleaned, or replaced. You’ll probably find a few serviceable items ready for retirement. Double-check the pockets, then give that outerwear a second life through donation to a local thrift store, charity, or shelter. Your resource-wise generosity will be warmly appreciated — and donations may be tax-deductible.
